I am aware that participation in the Unicorn Sessions has some inherent risks and injury can occur. On rare occasions injuries could be serious. In consideration of my child being allowed to participate in the session, I the parent/guardian assume the risk of all injury and agree not to sue Scarlett Rose Photography or owner of the animal for any injuries caused by or resulting from participation in the session.
